This will apply to everyone, and is free. Prior to talking, you will fill out an intake form so I can get a better picture of your food story, aversions and health history. After that we will set up an in-person, phone or Skype appointment to get into a bit more detail.
Initial Consultation
Take the guess work out of whether you are eating an optimal diet by following a meal plan. I will provide you with personalized weekly meal plans that include recipes, shopping lists, and educational materials. This helps to set a good routine, and eventually you will be armed with enough recipes and ideas that you will be able to listen to your body for what it needs or what makes you feel poorly.

Let me coordinate the food & beverage for you meeting, retreat or conference and you can rest easy knowing the food will be delicious, healthful, on-time and accommodating of all your participants dietary needs.
