This is our DIY option with our blanks.  You order the amount of blanks you want and  we will ship them to you (or your printer) and you can use your printer of choice or print them yourself!  This listing is just for the blank bandanas and does not include any printing.  
 
Choose any option from our in stock colors and hems.  In stock colors will vary and may not be available on a regular basis.  Custom colors begin at a minimum of 175 pieces.
 
The price for these are the same if you order 10 or 100.  Price breaks start at quantities of 150+ blanks. Due to the high cost of production and low margin, there quantity discounts not huge.  
 
Order minimums are 10/color.  Please choose "blank shipping" at checkout.  If you do not, your order will be canceled and refunded, or we will invoice you for the difference + a $2 invoicing fee.
 
JAPANESE COTTON
Our Japanese cotton bandana blanks are made in the USA.  I import the fabric directly from the mill in Japan, and then it is hand cut and sewn into blanks with a folded and stitched hem in the USA. This fabric is made of ring spun yarn which is created through a more refined (and more expensive) process, producing a softer, smoother fabric with better drape.  While not as heavy-duty as open-end cotton, ring-spun cotton is still durable and can withstand regular wear and washing. Its softer feel doesn't compromise its longevity.  
 
We offer three fabric weights and our lightest weight Japanese cotton fabric is put through a natural process called mercerization that increases fiber strength. These premium bandanas come at a higher price point because it is quite simply a lot more labor intensive and expensive to produce them.
 
IMPORTED 100% ORGANIC COTTON
On our never-ending quest to find the perfect blank bandana, we have developed a damn near perfect blank that is 100% GOTS certified organic cotton.  They are either 64 GSM or 74 GSM which is lightweight and soft, but also durable.  Hand-cut and sewn with our print partners in India in a Fair Trade Certified factory. Dyed with azo-free, colorfast dye. We will be steadily increasing color offerings, so stay tuned.  We also can custom dye any color for you with a minimum of 500.
