Born into the Ouachita foothills, raised by the Ozarks and steeped deeply in the absurd, Nick Shoulders is a lifelong advocate for the ecological wellbeing and cultural vitality of Arkansas. In visual art and first full length album, "Okay, Crawdad.", he seeks to embody the unique spirit of the natural splendor and traditional music of the region, while providing imagery and songwriting willing to confront the tensions of the 21st century south.
