This will be a printed sample of on our Japanese cotton.  It may contain small printing or color errors, which is why it didn't make it through the final QC.  However it will still:
Let you feel the cotton with ink
See the saturation of the ink
Feel the quality
Wash it many times to see how it might change
 
We will do our very best to send a bandana that is the most similar to your proposed project.
 
Our contract screenprinters use waterbased and discharge inks to ensure a minimal handfeel that is better for the environment.  We work with trusted screenprinters on the East and West coasts depending on your location.
 
Minimum is 50 bandanas.  No samples.  If you are interested in feeling the fabric beforehand, you can order a samples by emailing us.
 
JAPANESE COTTON
Our Japanese cotton bandanas are also made in the USA.  I import the fabric directly from the mill in Japan and then it is hand cut and sewn into blanks with a folded and stitched hem right here in the ozarks. 
 
This fabric is made of ring spun yarn which is created through a more refined and more expensive process, producing a softer, smoother fabric with better drape.  While not as heavy-duty as open-end cotton, ring-spun cotton is still durable and can withstand regular wear and washing. Its softer feel doesn't compromise its longevity.  
 
We offer three fabric weights and our lightest weight Japanese cotton fabric is put through a natural process called mercerization that increases fiber strength. These premium bandanas come at a higher price point because it is quite simply a lot more labor intensive and expensive to produce them.
 
ORGANIC COTTON IMPORTED BLANKS
These blanks are made of the same cotton we use in our imported screen-printed bandanas from India.  They are certified organic cotton and hand-cut and sewn.  Incredibly soft, strong and they print and discharge beautifully!  So far our color selection is limited in these, but we will be steadily adding colors in the coming months.
